Welcome to Quick City Athletes. My name is Daniel, I am a dedicated sports performance trainer with a lifelong passion for athletics stemming from childhood. I combine personal experience with professional expertise. I inspire and guide athletes of all ages through carefully crafted drills and techniques. My focus extends beyond performance enhancement, it's about preventing injuries and instilling confidence. My training program creates a safe and enjoyable space for you to thrive.
I am a native to the PNW. My amazing wife, two daughters, and I planted our roots in Bend 8 years ago. We are grateful to be connected to such an incredible community. I am devoted to nurturing athletic spirits of our local talent. I look forward to being a part of your journey of growth, skill refinement, and a shared love for the game. Speed, agility, and quickness
At Quick City Athletes, we provide a unique training experience for athletes of all levels. Our focus is on injury prevention and strength training, while also boosting confidence and enhancing speed, agility, quickness, and jump skills. Our program includes a mix of warm-ups, cool downs, and a variety of exercises designed to maximize overall performance.

Train with me
All sessions are private or semi-private with 1-3 athletes. I recommend 1-2 sessions a week, for a minimum of 4 weeks to gain maximum results. Package pricing is available. Please contact me for details.
